Option to show usernames during entire video

Didn't see an option in the documentation to show the user's username (keep it 
from disappearing), even though there is that option for filenames. Would be 
great to have that as one of the default options in the command-line examples 
on the videos page.

Possibly you just need to use --highlight-all-users.
