Explore Redis config and setup for Magento in AKS

Done: Path for Deployment and Configuration in the scope of the POC

Redis will be using Azure Cache for Redis. Will investigate manually then consider codifying with ARM.

For the secondary services lets stick with manual for now from Portal. Focus on ARM for AKS.
