updates to the user manual #590

just a few ideas on making SVG Web for new users a bit easier:

* Can we link to the user manual more prominently, like on the right sidebar.
* Can we also do the same with the QuickStart Guide and is there a reason not 
to link to the trunc versions (currently QuickStart is at codinginparadise.org)

* The user manual on trunc still states the alpha status that we've abandoned, 
should be deleted
* The user manual on trunc still states Flash 9 as a requirement while Flash 10 
is now needed, pls update

* Once we settle on a new object syntax that needs to be updated

* the manual states that svgz is not supported but it is, just do the following:
  AddType image/svg+xml svgz
  AddEncoding x-gzip .svgz
