Footer not processing #13

When I use the footer test option there is a returned error after running
"Gregorio PDF".

Now it won't cause an error, but if it would need to make a new page just for
the footer, it is instead splitting the footer between the two pages. I'm not
sure if that is ok or not.

I think we should keep all of the footer text together. If it doesn't fit on
the bottom of a page, it should not be split up, but put on the bottom of the
following page. Let me consider this a bit more. We need to work on formatting
for sure, but also I was thinking of including a logo in this. I'll get more
thought soon.

I finally figured out how to fix this one, but I have one question: If the
footer doesn't fit at the bottom of the last page, should it be at the top of
the new page that gets created just for the footer, or the bottom?

If it goes to the next page I think it should still be at the bottom, as a
footer.

Well, I thought I would be able to do it either way, but I guess we still can't
close this issue, because I can only figure out how to get it to go at the top
of the final page.

Okay, well, leave it this way for now. I doubt that this will be needed that
often.
