"Pin" feature is missing on Version 1.4.1 #27

Where to put it, where to put it? I can't think of anywhere it wouldn't look silly and wreck the style.

I ended up leaving it in the header, but on the other (left) side and only visible on header mouse hover (see 44cbf33c6d). Still need to test and rewrite any of the relevant javascript. The popup doesn't seem to be able to know when the popup is open anymore.
