@michaeladams1 Which browser are you using and seeing this on? Would you be able to try Google Chrome (if you're not using that already) and email me copy of a HAR file to support@adammw.zendesk.com?
The HAR file is on its way.
@michaeladams1 Thanks. I believe the issue is with how the app currently works and your current security settings. At the moment, the app requires the "Require authentication to download" box in your Ticket settings to be unchecked.
Oh, ok… for security reasons I have to keep it checked but I appreciate you looking into it.

I use a custom domain with 256 custom SSL and this is the error I get when I try to view any attachment.
