I can confirm this. Doesn't show up in the right pane and pdf's are only downloaded now. Not as usual. We didn't change anything, only saw that there was an update 17 days ago. Not sure if it's like that since that time.
I agree. This has happened to me as well.
Has anyone found any other app to work?
It works again, however the app didn't change, no pull request since 2 years, so I guess zendesk changed something back, so that it works again.

I've installed the app from the web marketplace and it was working just fine up until this morning. And i've been using the app for ~6 months.
It seems to show randomly and I can't seem to narrow it down to any particular issue. The app says it was updated 13 days ago and I'm not sure if you are supporting that entry at all but I would really appreciate a response.
"Require authentication to download" is disabled. Though "Include attachments in emails" is enabled.
