Remove SIunits.mo from repo, and retrieve as part of getDependencies.sh #1

It can be found here: https://github.com/modelica/ModelicaStandardLibrary/blob/release/Modelica%203.2.1/SIunits.mo

Probably a Git command can export this one file from the repo.
