I can send SMS in Hebrew... #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1when I send SMS to Israel from att phone, it works fine and understood in 
Israel (orange 
destination)
2.tge reply, though written in Hebrew is all question marks
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?I'm using opephebrew on 2.2.1 with 2.28 
baseband.
