make head of dropdown link clickable in navbar #25

Hello, i need some help. i don´t know how to make head of dropdown link clickable in navbar (using some url instead of #). Thanks a lot for your time

sory bootsnav it's still in development for upgrade to v2, and it's will not using any css framework, will try to fixed any issue on v2
