Add more modules and bcm2711 (rpi4)

I don't think I can accept this. Not everyone needs this and this is intended to be an easy way to enable i2c for basic I/O purposes. If this were the default then a lot of caveats are required and it's no longer a simple app. We would need to enable endless i2c modules for any and all purposes.
