I am able to make calls but not able to receive them.... #22

I am able to Send Text, Make Calls, Receive Some Text, BUT NOT RECEIVE CALLS!

Here is a video to show you what is going on...it looks like a quick Force 
CLose comes up sometimes and you cant see what closes...

When using titanium backup, only restore missing apps + data.  As an additional 
step, you can clear your data, cache and dalvik cache from CWM.  If that does 
not work, then you can reflash.  You've restored some settings which interfere 
with proper operation of our ROM, or you have flashed a corrupted file. This is 
a data issue, not a ROM related issue.
