Clear Default Button Greyed-out. Andromeda_3.final.zip Rom #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Settings-Applications-Manage-App unable to set default application. The 
clear default button is greyed-out and no default set.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?I should be able to Set a 
default app, like a SMS application other than stock app? To be able to set 
defaults.

Do you have any recommendations?

Do not post 4 issues on the same topic.  

You have not even filled out steps to reproduce the problem completely.  I will 
do that for you.

next to the application you will see "No Defaults set."  You do not set 
defaults in this manner.

I cannot change the issue since I have already triaged it.

Do not open another issue.  Ask your questions in the forums.  All future 
issues will be deleted.  This is operator error.
