Could you please rename Creare_CreareSeoCore_Model_ImageSitemap to Creare_CreareSeoCore_Model_Sitemap_Image?
Could you please have a look at the product URLs again? I get ugly URLs like http://www.shop.com/index.php/catalog/product/view/id/123/.

Thanks for the advise. Moved the model and set the store before getting the product url. Please test again.
