Test and address any issues with ST3's move to Python 3

Was looking around for more info on this. Waiting impatiently and thanks for your work with Sublime Text, it's greatly appreciated!

Thanks! The issues I am having on my plugins now with version 3 have to do with Package Control zipping the files up. The conversion guide is sparse at best, and things like the new resource loader and such are still not documented well.
