is there any way to add a browser not mentioned in the code? #87

Hello!! I use Sublime Text a lot and installed this Package Control, but I use a different browser than those mentioned because the others are very slow. The name of the browser is Vivaldi ([https://vivaldi.com])(url) that uses chrome bases mixed with Opera. I really needed it because it is a good browser which opens very quickly compared to Chrome and Firefox.

I find code quite dilettantish when it "hardcode" choice. Obviously how many people live, that many configs we have! So the one way to configure plugin is setting "browser": "path to that browser". It's bad surprise there is NOTHING corresponding to flexible setting.
