Add a settings activity.

Added a template Settings activity. Doesn't do anything yet... But progress :D

Yeah... It took 30 seconds to do this... But Progress updates are good :D

Appropriate settings template has been made. The sharedpreferences needs to be connected so that MainActivity can act upon any changes e.g. Enabling/Disabling graphs.
