Check on_message_edit for smartarses getting round the joe marj filter #20

Cheeky people are getting round the joe marj filter by editing their messages, so I thought I would add a quick check for this

Also, I have a potential fix for the revising and stop revising thing which I've currently commented out in member.py. The owner of the server/an admin would need to likely disable whatever the other bot uses to do this, else it'll probably conflict
