[x] Turn rep award into an embed
[ ] Get rid of all the annoying pings
[x] Make it visible who attempted to reward the rep point
[x] Add fuzzy searching for repping by name rather than pinging
[x] Prioritise user selection by last active (will be a temporary list that resets when bot reboots)
[x] Turn rep check into an embed
[ ] Probably some other things I forgot
