The trivia module sucks, and basically needs a rewrite. At the moment main problems are:

It needs to work in multiple servers?
Multiple people can correctly answer a question correctly in one go (on_message gets invoked twice before the next question is asked)
If it works in multiple servers, how is the trivia data going to be stored? (currently stored in GH repo)
How will users add new trivias?

To fix this, I am thinking of:

Having trivia session objects, which stores data about a trivia session that is currently happening
Each time a response is said, it is added to the trivia sessions response array (which is FIFO)
A background loop that continually checks each trivia sessions response array
If a response is correct, that user gets the point and all remaining responses in the array are removed
Once the trivia session is over, delete the trivia session object

@monkeyboy2805 anything else I should change when I get around to it?
