Stuttering #141

When using this bot script, there is sometimes a constant stuttering. The game freezes. It feels like hardware lag, but all players are affected if it is a multiplayer game. We realized that Chen was in two games where it happened. We restarted without Chen and there was no lag. Perhaps Chen is bugged?

@adamqqqplay Is it possible that all minion heroes cause the stuttering? I played a game today against Lycan and Nature's Prophet. Whenever any of them was alive, the game was stuttering. When both were dead, there was no stuttering.

This has been solved. Must use local host lobby.
