Reflect on whether we could bundle the source code in #21

Much like RcppEigen, which has the headers and compile targets bundled together, would this be possible with or-tools? It would be an extremely powerful option to improve the package if so!

Potential obstacles that I can see would be that some of the MILP stuff relies on CBC.
