Script can now root on a single leaf.
Comments that the script doesn't work on a binary tree should have been more accurately described as that it did not remove a previous root after rerooting. This issue has been fixed as well.
Script can now root a non-binary tree.
As a summary, it can root:
a binary/non-binary rooted or unrooted tree on a midpoint between one or more nodes to act as an outgroup. If you have a local copy of superfamily, you can also use superfamily life domains (Archea or 'A') as outgroup.
