Investigate Discord Slash Commands #50

Bot commands can spam the text channel, and mentions are annoying. Look into what it would take to create a slash command with Discord.py, and if it is a good candidate for using slash commands instead of message commands.

Do you mean the prefix? like ! and changing it to # or something?
