CMB2 support #26

please can you add CMB2 support?

It dosent work with Cmb2 fields, can't figure out why, my guess i that have somthing to do with cmb2 hooks.

@amitrahav thanks for the bug report. can you give me some more details about how you are trying to use this? Did you enable revisioning for your meta keys with the filter?
