epggrab_channel_t <-> channel_t mapping #3

Currently an epggrab_channel_t object can only be pointed at a single channel_t. Not sure wether its likely that a user would want to send data to "multiple" channels from the same grab input. Regional data maybe?

Personally I have no need of this, my grabbers all output regional data as one schedule per channel. But not sure.

This is somewhat sorted. But not gonna do any more at this stage.
