Ability to order adapters #66

This was possible before the rewrite, the use case is to save DVB-S devices when using channels that can be found with the DVB-T card.

Fixed. I have added priority to adapters (same concept as before, default = 0, higher number = lower priority).

I'll try and change the text at some point.

Unfortunately this is completely untested! and I know at least one place where this logic is not yet honoured (but its a more general problem).

thanks - seems to work
