[dvb_rewrite] no free input message confusing. #87

Issue opened as requested..

I get 11428H - no free input (fail=0) which is rather confusing even for me (is it in-use or not enabled?), I then realized I hadn't enabled the frontend. I think that needs a hint at least, add something like " .. no free input (fail=0, no frontends enabled?)" to it
