[dvb_rewrite] Rolloff and Modulation set to AUTO for DVB-S #88

When using the AUTO values for roll-off and modulation I get the following error:

tbs5922fe - modulation 6 is not supported

@mpmc I have fixed this in a slightly different way. The options are still there as default = AUTO, but in the case of DVB-S muxes it will auto map these to QPSK/35 under the hood (which makes sense given some limitations).

For S2 muxes you will probably want to change the modulation for most tuners, but some will auto detect.
