Given the model choice in #3, perform the fit and evaluate the performance on the training set. Describe the model, process and results in .Rmd.

Note that thanks to #15 - you have two dataframes available: Airlines and AirlinesEncoded (with not encoded and encoded variables). Feel free to choose one depending on your model needs.
