Adding socketCan compatibility, improve dataTable and minor fixes #36

i added compatibility for socketCan (just for Linux OS for now) improved use of classes and hierachy I didn't touch ur code, but i suggest u to use python-can message for serial too.

i tested read and write (send message and playback all messages)
