类似于时间管理，这是一本讲认知讲人性的书籍。通过对人天性和习惯的挖掘，来理解如何提升学习和工作效率。 读这本书的目的，1. 是再过一遍作者的观点；2. 更重要的是要在生活和学习中理解实践这些观点。 3.通过写博客，加深对观点的理解。打字本身会比光过脑子有效得多。
