Update installation instructions to show v0.4 (not v0.2) #38

Man I didn't even get a notification for this and just saw it now by coincidence, sorry for the delay!

I updated the docs to use composer require adamwathan/bootforms on the command line to install, since that seems to be the recommended approach now.

Thanks a lot for the PR though, and sorry for letting it sit so long.

Yep, agree composer require is better, only recently found out about it but I'm putting it like that in all my repos!
