Stop clearing existing switch-diode connection when run without actions #25

To reproduce: 1) open demo board and run placement with routing 2) run plugin again but deselect all options (layout file, routing check-boxes etc.). Click OK Plugin would clear first switch-diode routing but it shouldn't
