PDF thumbnails should load on background thread #1190

  1. load ben franklin PDF into Loose Leaf from https://ia700604.us.archive.org/1/items/autobiographyofb1884fran/autobiographyofb1884fran.pdf
  2. it should show immediately w/ blank loading icons in the sidebar
  3. as icons load in the bg, they should pop in the album/page list views
  4. scrolling should be smooth during loading

when the pages are still loading...i tap on one of the blank page > the app becomes unusable for few seconds until it gets loaded onto page.

maybe show some kind of "in progress" or "loading" message so user don't think app is broken?

hrm yeah, i'll reopen this one and for now make it so that tapping an in progress page will do nothing instead of freeze

pushing this to another milestone. I noticed this w/ the ben franklin PDF but not for other smaller PDFs. it does need to be fixed, but not a blocker for 1.2 i think
