IAP: shape import feature

in the import image view, have an import shape album.

tapping to show the shapes will show:

1. color options for shape backgrounds
2. lots of different shapes that the user can import
   • square
   • circle
   • triangle
   • octagon
   • pentagon
   • hexagon
   • cresent
   • arrow/house
   • star
   • rounded rect

• [x] moving a scrap w/ a color background to the sidebar and back loses the background color
