page disappears in list mode #1847

  1. new page
  2. pinch to list mode
  3. sidebar that new page
  4. re-add that page to the list
  5. page disappears

bonus bug:

  1. collapse stack to a row
  2. page reappears in that row, but at wrong scale
  3. tap to return to list
  4. page is in wrong scale
