Support control-character using associated Unicode characters, u2400 .. u240C.

Furthermore, special line-feed handling; note: original Brief displayed in the buffer as the female symbol.

Existing functionality: see, "explain literal" F10/literal, on a Unicode capable display, shall display control characters using their associated Unicode characters. Shall extend to include form-feed.

Unicode console, controls are mapped to associated Unicode characters, https://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U2400.pdf plus literal maps to 0x0C=0x2640
