Can't add the package : The file "swiftpm" doesn't exist. #3

I'm trying to add this as a package from https://github.com/adamzarn/AZVideoPlayer/

The error is

XCode 14.2

In a second thought, I saw this as an error of SQlite, however, the error can occur from AZVideoPlayer, too if one tries to install. I Think there is a collision on the packages..
