Tracking: necessary wp-now fixes #52

This is a proxy issue for https://github.com/WordPress/playground-tools/issues/238

Ideally this repo would:

Do all the static site rendering using just PHP
Only contain a single Blueprint (or zero Blueprints)
Work identically locally and in the browser
