juggernaut mode #267

Idea: One vs the whole group, All other players have much more sensitive controllers(maybe become less sensitive over time). When the one person is out, the next is chosen.

Perhaps based off of a time limit (maybe it goes through all players or just a few) Player who remained alive the longest is the winner.

Similar to zombies but it takes the exciting element (being the last survivor) and starts out with it.

This sounds great. I described the game to my son Sam and without him knowing it's name, he said "I think it should be called Juggernaut". He also suggested 3 lives for the main player. Perhaps the Juggernaut player could be lit up a different colour through a sequence which changes every time they lose a life until they are finally red and then out. With another player then becoming the Juggernaut.

Or maybe the Juggernaut colour changes gradually through cold to hot (shades of blue through to red) with the heat increasing over time, and the heat increasing even more when they are knocked?

I think what would be interesting, is once the juggernaut is hit out, suddenly the game reverses, the juggernaut is invincible, and has to tag out as many people as possible. Out of all the people that remain after a short period of time, one of them becomes the new juggernaut.

So two modes: juggernaut hunt and juggernaut destroy

Perhaps, instead of dying, if the juggernaut can survive long enough in hunt mode (something like 30 seconds) which then activates destroy mode and then they are able to knock out every other player ( in like 10 seconds times the amount of players) then they win. So the hunt mode in some ways is a way for the juggernaut to powerup, if they can survive long enough

A bit like one of those racing games where if you don't make the next check point you don't win the extra time.
