Updater does not clean all files from backup

After the updater finishes the update process, the process to clean the backup directory does not clean up all the files. Items left:

• Resources folder
• x64 folder
• x86 folder
• history.json
• settings.json

the cleanup is fixed, but there may be an issue where the history and settings are not restored after updating and are reset for the new version

this should be fixed, but I opted to leave the json files.
