Free Translation / Preview: need to hide text area, disable tools #565

Describe the bug It looks like there are a few UI elements that need to be disabled when user is in Free Translation / Preview mode. This mode is meant for read-only viewing of the free translation text.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch Adapt It Mobile and ensure the Free Translation editor is enabled (Settings -> Editor and User Interface -> Show Gloss and Free Translation modes).
  2. From the main screen, open a chapter to start adapting / creating free translations.
  3. From the More Actions menu (...), select the Free Translation menu command to open the Free Translation editor.
  4. From the More Actions menu, select the Show Preview menu command. Note that the free translation text area is still visible, and that the Add menu (+) still has active menu buttons.

Expected behavior The Free Translation editor / Preview screen should display a read-only view of the Free Translations in the current chapter.
