Removing only translation -> Cursor into New Translation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When there is one translation to a phrase in the Choose Translation
dialog box 
2. and you remove it
3. the cursor does not move to the New Translation line

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

-> Let the cursor move to the New Translation line in the Choose New
Translation dialog box, if the only translation is removed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
