Google issue: Tab moving from Summary to Description/1. #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When creating a new issue, after having typed the summary
2. Tab does not move to Description, point 1., 
3. but at the end (after 'below.'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I do not know, if this can be fixed, but it would be convenient, if this
little fix could be made (you see, how lazy I am)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AI 4.1.1./Linux

This is a function of the form provided by Google. We have no control over it.
