Further investigation has shown that the original source file included a \p SF
marker before the initial \id standard format marker.
Adapt It accepted the \p and passed it on to the output target text file.
Paratext
requires that the intitial SFM in a document must be \id.
This is not an Adapt It problem per se but serves as a reminder to make sure
that
the source file is in the correct format.
