Toggle Number of Source/Target Text Lines

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. This is mentioned in Help/User_Interface/Toolbar:
- Toggle Number of Source Text Lines 
- Toggle Number of Target Text Lines 
2. but does not exist in AI 4.1.1/Linux

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Is this a 'left-over' from a previous version, or has an option in setting
of a project has to be chosen to make this available?
Looking at those pages in help:
- Toggle Number of Source Text Lines 
- Toggle Number of Target Text Lines 
there is no information about a special project setting for this.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

In Help/Show or hide punctuation, it is written:

'Note

See Toggle number of source text lines or Toggle number of target text lines to 
see
both the punctuation and no punctuation lines at the same time.'

This needs changed too probably.

Yes, this is an artifact from earlier versions of Adapt It, and will have to be
removed as the migration to version 4 is complete.
