Send Synchronization Scrolling message problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start AI and maybe do some adapting or maybe not.
2. Turn on Advanced->Send Synchronized Scrolling Messages
3. Continue adapting

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
AI hangs, "not responding". Task Manager shows AI not using processor time. On 
a different computer, it doesn't hang, but still doesn't send scrolling message 
to Paratext.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AI Wx 5.2.1 on Windows XP SP 3

The problem appears to be with Paratext 7 rather than with Adapt It 5.2.1. I 
tested Adapt It 5.2.1 with Paratext 6, TW 4, and BART (on a Windows XP system), 
and Adapt It both sends and receives successful sync scrolling commands with 
those other programs. Adapt It receives sync scrolling commands from Paratext 
7, and even though Adapt It is sending the syn scrolling commands to Paratext 
7, Paratext 7 (unlike Paratext 6) is not responding to the sync scrolling 
commands sent from Adapt It.
