Crash on Insert a Placeholder #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open project, open file
2. Advance in document and attempt to "Insert a Placeholder", in order to put 
in a postposition required by the target lg.
3. Program crash!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to get a blank block where I can insert a word.  Rather, the program 
crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 5.2.1 on XP Pro.

Please provide any additional information below.
The document I'm working on has a free translation line for the entire document.

I've not been able to reproduce the problem with 5.2.1 at my end.
Can you do File / Pack Document..., save the compresesd file 
somewhere convenient on your hard drive, and then attach it 
to an email to me at (bruce_waters@sil.org)?
Also, please indicate where the phrase box is to be placed in
the document - that is, the active location when you tried to 
insert the placeholder; say something like "at the 18th word of 
verse 4 in chapter 3", so that I can put the box at exactly the
same location and then hopefully I can reproduce the failure.
Also, were you trying to have the placeholder inserted before or 
after the active location? (Default is to insert before, but holding
down the CTRL key when inserting the insert location is instead 
after the active location.) 
I'll work on this as soon as I receive the packed 
document from you. I tried sending the message to your email address
but it bounced, so I'll have to rely on you reading it here and
responding as requested above. Thanks --Bruce

This is an older issue that isn't reproducible in-house. I've attempted this on the latest version (6.5.8) using Windows 7.

If this is still an issue with the latest version, please provide the info requested in the previous reply and reopen. Thanks!
