This problem has been reported by several users. See the attached file for
details
and potential work arounds. It seems to be an issue with the way Vista
creates "shadow" files.
At some point in the installation process, Vista indicates that the Adapt It
Work
Folder already exists and then it cancels the installation.

Early in the installation process when Adapt It is run for the first time on
the
Vista machine, Vista indicates that a file with name "Adapt It Work", or "Adapt
It
Unicode Work" if launching the Unicode version, already exists on the hard
drive -
and then it aborts the launch giving an error message. (Vista itself creates
that
nuisance file. The download file explains how to get round this problem.)

This has not been reported in version 4.x.x of Adapt It WX. Please open a new
issue
if you experience this problem with version 4.x.x installed on Windows Vista.
